หมู่เกาะคูริล (อังกฤษ: Kuril Islands หรือ Kurile Islands /ˈkʊərɪl, ˈkjʊərɪl, kjʊˈriːl/; ญี่ปุ่น: 千島列島; รัสเซีย: Кури́льские острова́, อักษรโรมัน: Kurilskiye ostrova, สัทอักษรสากล: [kʊˈrʲilʲskʲɪjə ɐstrɐˈva] หรือ รัสเซีย: островá Тисима, อักษรโรมัน: ostrova Tisima; ญี่ปุ่น: Kuriru rettō (クリル列島^?, "หมู่เกาะคูริล") หรือ Chishima rettō (千島列島^?, "หมู่เกาะชิชิมะ")) เป็นกลุ่มเกาะในแคว้นซาฮาลิน ของประเทศรัสเซีย มีความยาวราว 1,300 กิโลเมตร (810 ไมล์) ตั้งอยู่ทางตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของเกาะฮกไกโด ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ยาวจนไปถึงคาบสมุทรคัมชัตคาของรัสเซีย เกาะได้คั่นกลางระหว่างทะเลโอค็อตสค์กับมหาสมุทรแปซิฟิกเหนือ หมู่เกาะมีอยู่ 56 เกาะ และมีเกาะหินเล็กน้อยอีกหลายเกาะ หมู่เกาะประกอบด้วยห่วงโซ่เกรเตอร์คูริล (Greater Kuril Chain) และห่วงโซ่เลสเซอร์คูริล (Lesser Kuril Chain) มีพื้นที่รวม 10,503.2 กม² และมีประชากรรวม 19,434 คน
