ทะเลโบฟอร์ต (ฝรั่งเศส: Mer de Beaufort; อิญูปีอัก: Taġiuq; อังกฤษ: Beaufort Sea) เป็นทะเลชายอาณาเขต ส่วนหนึ่งของมหาสมุทรอาร์กติก ตั้งอยู่ทางเหนือของยูคอนและรัฐอะแลสกา และทางตะวันตกของเกาะแบงส์ในกลุ่มเกาะอาร์กติก ทะเลตั้งชื่อตามนักอุทกศาสตร์ เซอร์ฟรานซิส โบฟอร์ต ทะเลมีส่วนลึกสุดที่ 4,683 เมตร
